Documents Required

To ensure smooth processing, please keep the following documents ready before submitting your application. All uploaded documents should be clear, complete, and readable.

1. Traveller Details

Passport Front

Upload a clear, full-page scan of the passport front/details page.

Important: The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

Passport Back

Upload a clear and complete full-page scan of the back page of your passport. Make sure all details are clearly visible and readable.

Passport Cover

Upload a clear image/scan of the passport cover page.

Recent Photograph

Upload a recent photograph of the traveller.

Important: The photograph should not be older than 3 months.

2. Travel Details

Hotel Reservation Document

Upload a copy of your confirmed hotel reservation in JPG format.

The hotel reservation must cover the entire duration of your stay.

Flight Ticket – Arrival

Upload a copy of your confirmed arrival/onward flight ticket showing your travel details.

Flight Ticket – Return

Upload a copy of your confirmed return flight ticket.

3. Additional Documents

Birth Certificate – For Travellers Below 18 Years

A Birth Certificate must be provided for any traveller who is below 18 years of age.

Important Guidelines

Before uploading your documents, please ensure that:

• All documents are clear and readable.
• Passport scans/images show the complete page without cropped edges.
• Your passport has a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel.
• Your photograph is recent and not older than 3 months.
• Your hotel reservation covers the complete stay duration.
• Both arrival and return flight tickets are confirmed.
• A Birth Certificate is provided for travellers below 18 years of age.
